Mobile Care Chicago’s mission is to deliver no-cost medical and preventative care, education, and support to low-income children and families within their communities aboard mobile medical clinics. By eliminating barriers to care—such as transportation, cost, and accessibility—Mobile Care Chicago ensures that children receive consistent, high-quality healthcare directly in the neighborhoods where they live and learn.
Arya Cares began its partnership with Mobile Care Chicago in 2019. What started as the development of a 3-year strategic plan quickly evolved into a dynamic collaboration as MCC navigated the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. We worked closely with the organization to pivot its strategy and ensure the continuity of its mission during a time of uncertainty.
As MCC expanded, Arya provided ongoing support through board engagement, executive coaching, and the design of an operational improvement initiative focused on enhancing workflow efficiency and patient experience. A key deliverable was the creation of a comprehensive Clinic Operations Manual, which established clear, consistent process flows and empowered staff to deliver exceptional care with greater confidence and clarity.
Today, Arya is proud to be partnering with MCC to operationalize a Mobile Incubator program—an innovative initiative designed to support and scale other non-profits with mobile-centered care models.
"Since 2019, Mobile Care Chicago has expanded its reach by over 40% and transformed from a grassroots non-profit organization into a network of six mobile units providing excellent medical and dental care to over 800 children each month. Chi-Care's mission is to provide warm meals, clean water, basic necessities, and a restored sense of dignity to individuals experiencing homelessness in Chicagoland. By meeting people where they are—physically and emotionally—Chi-Care creates a compassionate support system for some of the city’s most vulnerable residents.
Arya Cares began its journey with Chi-Care in 2021, just months after the organization was founded in response to the urgent healthcare needs of underserved communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. From day one, we felt a deep alignment with Chi-Care’s mission and have since partnered closely to strengthen and scale its impact.
Our work has included developing Chi-Care’s Annual Report, enhancing their IT, data, and analytics infrastructure, and providing strategic guidance on key initiatives. Notably, we supported the launch of Chi-Care Med, a mobile healthcare initiative that brings free medical services to the homeless community. Through these efforts, Arya continues to be a committed partner in advancing Chi-Care’s ability to serve with dignity and compassion.
